Regional office water analysis case files.

As part of their mandate to protect drinking water supplies, the Division of Water Supply and its predecessors have had overallo authority over public water delivery systems, pursuant ot MGLA c 111, s 160. This program is implemented at the local level under regional offices of the Department of Environmental Protection by the various regional engineers for resource protection. This series was created to monitor the quality of public water supplies and to enforce regulations inc ase of system breakdown.
